Call for Papers

Paper submission is now open. Please submit your manuscript through the Microsoft CMT portal. Detailed submission guidelines and formatting requirements are available on the submission page and in the guidelines below.

NOTE: When uploading files, please compress the files into .zip or .rar. The file size is limited to 200MB.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as software development and support.

Paper Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit original full-length papers, including figures and references. All submissions will be peer-reviewed according to the conference scope and quality standards.

General Information for Paper Submission

Regular session papers form the core of the ConvergentAI 2026 technical program.

  • Abstract: A concise abstract is required to summarize contribution, method, and findings.
  • Subject Area: Authors must indicate the most relevant topic area for proper reviewer assignment.
  • Review: Submissions are reviewed by qualified experts selected by the technical committee.
  • Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review at another venue.
  • Presentation: At least one author of each accepted paper is expected to register and present at the conference.
